DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE

The following regulations and penalties are for the attention of students.

This is intended to help students have peaceful stay in the Hall.

1.	Unauthorized removal of library properties	Multiple replacement
2.	Writing on library table/tables	Caution/Apology letter
3.	Messing up the wash room	Fine (the floor members)
4.	Littering and washing at unauthorized places	1st offense - Caution/Apology 2nd offense - Fine of GH50
5.	Sexual/Physical Assault	1st offense - Fine 2nd offense - Dehalling
6.	Stealing/Extortion/Forgery/Perjury and Impersonation	Refund of items with apology
7.	Destruction of hall property(s)	1st offense - Replacement 2nd offense - Dehalling/Dismissal
8.	Drug abuse/ smoking and drunkeness	Dehalling/Rustication
9.	Gross disrespect to hall authority	Apology Letter
10.	Any act that may bring the hall into disrepute	1st offense - Apology 2nd offense - Dehalling
11.	Refusal to leave the hall upon Hall Warden's order	Force ejection by the hall
12.	Throwing of water over board	Fine of GH50

IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NOT AN EXCUSE

CAUTION: FLAT FINE FOR ALL OFFENSES IS GHȼ50.00

NB:

All residents must Sign-In and Sign-Out in the log book at the Porters’ lodge whenever semester begins and ends respectively.
Residents will be held responsible for any other offenses not stated above, but found in the Students’ Handbook or Hall Affiliates’ Handbook.
Attending of hall forum is compulsory for all affiliates
